Eliminates static electricity buildup in the muffler, ensuring increased power and torque.

Made with durable, heat-resistant nickel plating, it can be used on high-temperature parts like the exhaust manifold!

Static electricity can be generated in both gases and liquids.

Exhaust gas flows at high speeds inside the muffler, generating static electricity when the muffler comes into contact with the exhaust gas. Because the muffler is suspended from the vehicle's body by rubber, this static electricity has few escape routes, resulting in a buildup of static electricity.

The Kakimoto Kai Muffler Earth eliminates this static electricity, achieving the following benefits:

- Increased power, torque, and response.

- Reduced noise from electrical systems and audio, improving stability.

While the earth wires used in engine compartments and other places are made of vinyl-coated copper wire, similar wires cannot be used in mufflers, which can become hot. Uncoated wires are generally prone to corrosion, which increases resistance. Therefore, many mufflers are tin-plated to protect against corrosion. However, tin has a low melting point of 232°C, making it unsuitable for use in high-temperature exhaust sections.

Kakimoto Kai Muffler Earth is made with a high-quality nickel-plated finish with a melting point of 1400°C.

It also features a highly elastic braided wire that absorbs vibrations and resists breakage, making it heat-resistant and durable.
