We strongly recommend clear coating carbon fiber products to protect their surface luster. Continuous exposure to sunlight or UV rays without a clear coating may result in dullness or cloudiness. Our carbon fiber hoods are made with heat-resistant resin and are designed for durability, but these are not permanent, and without a clear coating, they may similarly become dull or cloudy.
For soft resin products, please apply a softener before painting.
